I’m a design leader with extensive experience building design teams and developing systems that scale creativity. I am currently working at 00  Meta, to help establish new working models post company restructuring.

Before Meta, I was SVP of Creative at a creator economy start-up that worked in partnership with 00  Group Black to build a platform meant to create more visibility and opportunity for diverse creators.

Before Crater, I spent over 7 years at 00  Meta, chiefly as Head of Design for Creative Systems, driving the global design vision and developing tools to showcase the creative potential of Meta’s platforms.

Before Meta, I founded 00 Gigantic Squid, a production company specializing in video compositing. We produced music videos and partnered with large brands to bring their advertising concepts to life.
